Within 20 minutes of Sewell's Marina, a colony of approximately 150 harbour seals inhabit Pam Rocks. See them upclose in their natural setting! And keep watch for the majestic bald eagle, another common sight in Howe Sound.

Make your own waves with a Vancouver boat rental! Rent your own 15 foot or 17 foot speed boat and explore the islands and inlets of Howe Sound. Adventure awaits as you leave the dock. Whether you want to go fishing, sight-seeing, or just relax out on the water it can all happen with a rental speedboat. There is plenty of wildlife to photograph, so don't forget your camera!
Adventure alone or bring your friends along (our 17 foot rental boats hold up to six passengers). You could be at the charming Bowen Island village of Snug Cove in just 10 minutes. If you really want to get away from it all, go north to Gambier or Anvil Island to the calm blue waters waiting to be discovered. Or visit marine parks that can be reached only by water.
Safety is a priority and we make sure you are comfortable when you take the helm. Our friendly staff will provide dockside instruction, and each boat is equipped with life vests and required boat safety equipment. For safety reasons, bring your cell phone. If you don't have one, Sewell's will provide one for a nominal fee of $3.50.
